The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into participants by clearly communicating the benefits of our learning experiences, handling inquiries, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to leads interested in online learning programs. · Promote upcoming webinars, workshops, and digital courses to potential customers. · Understand the features, curriculum, and benefits of each course to confidently address customer questions. · Follow up with warm leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert interest into registrations. · Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM systems. · Meet and exceed daily and monthly enrolment targets. · Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth registration process. · Collect feedback from prospects to improve sales scripts and strategy.
