Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Supervising and managing remittance business across all zones Ensuring that the zonal targets are met Ensuring that customer acquisition targets for both in-house and third party products such as current a/c savings a/c, WASA, Joint liability (JLG) loans, mutual funds, insurance etc. are met Building a customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross sell/up sell FINO products as well as third party products Responsible for appointment of merchants as per the targets assigned Seeking new opportunities for expanding the market for remittance business Overseeing pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures. Managing sales/transactions in the allotted zone Ensuring smooth process flow for new customer enrollment at various urban merchant points Overseeing roadshows and sales initiatives to mobilize customers to urban merchant points Ensuring that the guidelines for remittance are strictly adhered to at various urban merchant points Developing and growing business and customer relationships Ensuring quick and seamless process for remittance to customers Managing escalations Coordinating with bank branches as and when required Ensuring highest level of confidentiality is maintained with all the information obtained Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues. Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees, merchants. Strong supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate, and develop branch employees required. This position requires a perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to make sound decisions. This may include making on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions; weighing customer satisfaction issues with the Bank exposure to loss or fraud and the ability to think through and rationalize decisions. Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy. Self-starter, ability to work independently.
