Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Zonal Manager - MLAP with Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of Micro Finance and MLAP products across assigned zones.
Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in Micro Finance, MF - MLAP, or Inclusive Banking.
Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of Micro Finance products and services, including MLAP.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and regulatory requirements.
