Zonal HR Head JOB DESCRIPTION The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of HR strategy and execution experience (COE & HRBP) Location-Bengaluru KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HR Strategy & Planning : 1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives. 2. Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. HR Execution & Operations: 1. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes in line with COE guidelines and business needs 2. Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflicts. 3. Communicate compensation and benefits programs. 4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Talent Management: 1. Implement talent management strategies. 2. Manage talent pipelines and succession planning 3. Foster a culture of learning and development. HR Analytics & Reporting: 1. Insights and actions based on HR data to help take informed business decisions. 2. Maintain HR dashboards and reports. 3. Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders. Business Partnering: 1. Collaborate with business leaders and HR COE teams to align HR strategies with business objectives. 2. Provide HR expertise and guidance to business leaders. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Qualifications & Experience : 1. Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. 3. Industry: Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industry preferred. 4. Skills: Strong business acumen, collaborative mindset, stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills. 5. Competency: collaboration, stakeholder management, agility in action, high on integrity, solution mindset
