Join our expert team in Coimbatore and be part of dynamic Zoho implementations and consulting projects. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM solutions based on client requirements. Implement, configure, and support various Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Projects, etc.). Integrate third-party tools and services using Zoho APIs and Deluge scripting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system functionalities. Train clients and end-users on Zoho functionalities and best practices. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem. Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, workflows, blueprints, and custom functions. Experience in API integration and automation between Zoho and other platforms. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
