About the Role GoldenLion is seeking a Zoho Consultant (Techno-Functional) to join our Business Solutions Division. This team focuses on implementing industry-specific CRM and process automation solutions built on the Zoho platform, helping businesses improve operational efficiency. Eligibility Criteria 0 - 3 years of experience as a Zoho Consultant (Techno-Functional) Proven track record of successful CRM implementations Strong verbal and written communication skills Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and third-party integrations is a plus Exposure to other cloud-based business solutions is an advantage Familiarity with HTML and CSS is desirable Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze business processes Design solution plans tailored to client needs Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications Develop small-scale applications using Deluge scripting Manage client expectations to ensure project success Conduct requirement gathering and process mapping Deliver client demos and personalized training sessions Create instructional walk-through videos Qualifications BCA / MCA / MBA BSc / MSc (Computer Science) BTech / MTech (Computer Science / IT)
