Provide comprehensive support for zHardware refresh projects across platforms such as z14, z15, and z16. Manage and maintain software using SMP/E, ensuring timely upgrades and maintenance of Broadcom and IBM tools. Implement and promote z/OS service improvement initiatives and industry best practices. Build and manage configurations for new hardware using IODF, HCD, HMC, and IOCP. Oversee and maintain core z/OS subsystems, including JES2, ISPF, TCP/IP, USS, and Parallel Sysplex. Develop and support automation solutions using REXX and CLIST scripting languages. Ensure robust Disaster Recovery support, preparing for and managing system recovery in critical situations.
