Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and industry best practices. Proficiency in SAP WM configuration tools and techniques. Responsibilities: . The candidate should have experience in SAP WM module on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA 1909. . The candidate should have knowledge of different procurement processes like direct, indirect, third party, sub-contracting, stock transport orders, stock transfers, account assigned POs, asset procurement, consignment etc. . The candidate should have knowledge on warehouse management functions , batch management in warehouse, shelf life functionality, Warehouse movements, transfer requirements , transfer orders, goods receipts with inbound delivery, goods issues with outbound deliveries, picking and packing and handling unit, stock replenishment, fixed bin replenishment, picking strategies- FIFO, LIFO,SLED ,Put-away strategies-fixed bin, open bin, next empty bin, near bin, inventory processes , storage unit management, Mobile data entry , RF technology and devices, Crossdocking and Yard management. . The candidate should have 1-2 full life cycle implementation experience in S/4 HANA 1909. . Knowledge of WM/EWM capabilities. . Strong on Inventory management, & Warehouse management, knowledge on Production order picks, consumption, Goods receipts. . Experience in support and maintenance of SAP WM projects for clients across the globe . WM/EWM hands on experience . Value Added Services (Kit-to-stock, Kit-to-Order, Reverse Kitting) . Interleaving, Door and Yard Management, Slotting, Rearrangement . Automatic Account determination, Calculation Schema/pricing Procedures setup. . Special types of procurement, Consignment, Subcontracting, Pipeline, Sourcing and Procurement steps, . Invoice verification, Inventory management, Movement types, custom condition types, custom calculation schemas, new access sequence, new access, and master data. . Rate determination in purchasing documents, Initial inventory upload, LSMW, partner functions, output determination, message determination, . Should have exposure to multi- currency and multi country environment? . Should have good knowledge of interfaces, integration with other modules etc . Should have worked in procure to pay, purchasing or any other core material management area . Closely work with the business to prepare the data for pilot and full implementations . Facilitate the mock and final cutovers for manufacturing stream. . Leadership communication about the progress, risk and help needed. . Strong on Inventory management, & Warehouse management, knowledge of Production order picks, consumption, Goods receipts . Should have experience in SAP EWM process design and hands-on experience in configuration of SAP EWM in the following scenarios 1. Transaction data integration between S4HANA / ECC and EWM 2. Hands-on experience on configuring various EWM functions like Warehouse Structure, Delivery Processing, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Putaway, Warehouse Tasks and Order creation, Handling Units, Value Added Services, Yard Management, Cross Docking, Labour Management Experience in supporting Solutions end to end for proposals and project delivery Preferred technical and professional experience Should have good understanding of different deployment options and relevant architecture considerations for SAP EWM application Experience or understanding of other related SAP applications like Yard Logistics, Logistics Business Network is added advantage Strong written and communication skills with customer-facing role experience

Your role and responsibilities Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM , including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare. Analyze business requirements and design scalable, efficient EWM solutions that meet operational goals. Configure EWM functionalities such as: Inbound and outbound processes Warehouse structure Storage types, bins, activity areas Physical inventory Labor management RF/mobile data entry integration Yard management Value-added services Integrate EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM. Work with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments and enhancements. Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve system issues. Document functional designs, test scenarios, SOPs, and training materials. Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations . Hands-on experience in customizing SAP EWM processes and writing functional specs. Preferred technical and professional experience Train end users and warehouse staff on system usage and new functionalities. Participate in warehouse operations assessments and suggest process improvements. Stay up to date with latest SAP innovations and product updates in EWM.
