We are looking for an experienced Security Officer having good exposure in IT industry segment. The Officer must have expertise in managing the following. * Should be able to Manage the Static Facility Guarding Staff up to 70 + strength. * Must be able to plan the shifts, roasters and briefing / debriefing. * Good Communication and Interpersonal skills. * Have complete knowledge of Security Processes,Security equipment and its functionalities i.e. Access Control, CCTV , X-ray Bagagging, Access activation / deactivation, Fire detection and intrusion system, Security Operations & Control. * Access control over Man , Material / Inventories, Keys, Vehicles, * Visitor Management * Managing the Executive visits in the facility. * Ensuring the processes are adhered to the best professional manner. * Security & Safety daily monitoring. * Incident Report Management. * Crisis Management & Conflict management. * A team leader who can nurture, motivate the staff down line for optimal productivity. * Security Escort Operations and Precautive measures. * Security and Escort Compliance management.
