Role & responsibilities Production Headcount Management: Arrange and optimize production human resources efficiently to meet manufacturing demands. Workshop Design & Schedule Control: Oversee workshop design and construction timelines to ensure the layout supports validation requirements. Validation Progress Monitoring: Control and track validation activities, follow up on issues to ensure timely delivery of validation results. Production Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver daily presentations on production progress, challenges, and solutions. Act as a crucial liaison between the factory and customer during the engineering build phase to communicate customer feedback accurately and promptly. FATP Process Coordination: Possess a deep understanding of Final Assembly, Test, and Pack (FATP) processes. Collaborate with the internal NPI (New Product Introduction) team to ensure smooth line operation, with a focus on yield improvement, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Units Per Hour (UPH), and continuous process enhancements. Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory to support production requirements and reduce wastage. Qualifications: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Management / Other Management-related fields Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience Preferred candidate profile Notice Period: 15 - 30 days Excellent organizational and resource management skills to optimize production manpower and inventory. Strong problem-solving abilities to identify production issues and implement timely solutions. Ability to monitor and drive validation schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams. Effective communication skills for daily reporting, customer interactions, and acting as a liaison between the factory and clients. Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview: The Architect will be responsible for designing franchise workshops that meet brand, operational, and local regulatory standards. This role will serve as the key liaison between the franchisor and the franchisee during the workshop design and construction phase.The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of architectural plans while maintaining consistency and quality across all franchise locations. Key Responsibilities: Design & Planning: Develop standardized architectural and interior layouts for car detailing and Bodyshop workshops. Customize layout plans based on location-specific requirements while adhering to brand guidelines. Ensure optimal workflow and functionality within the workshop design (e.g., customer reception, service bays, paint booths, detailing zones, etc.). Design 3D views of designs for client meetings and final executions. Franchisee Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees regarding all workshop design and construction-related matters. Educate and guide franchisees on technical and regulatory requirements. Conduct site visits to assess location viability, layout feasibility, and compliance with design plans. Project Oversight: Coordinate with civil, MEP, and interior contractors on behalf of the client, to ensure proper execution of plans. Monitor construction progress and report updates to internal stakeholders. Ensure all workshops are designed and built within the prescribed timeline and budget. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Maintain consistency in look and feel across all franchise workshops in alignment with the brand. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, project timelines, and progress reports. Maintain an up-to-date repository of standard design documents and guidelines. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Masters Degree preferred. Minimum 46 years of experience in commercial or industrial architecture; experience in automotive, service centres, or franchise design is a plus. Proficiency in architectural tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Strong project management and coordination skills. Excellent communication skills to interact with franchisees and internal teams. Willingness to travel across locations if required. Knowledge of local building codes, compliance requirements, and construction practices. Preferred Traits: Experience working with franchise businesses or multi-location operations. In this role, you will o versee learning & competencies development by promoting the global training curriculum for the Bid & Project Management community. Your main responsibilities include: Main point of contact reporting to the Bid, Project, Planning Management & Certification Director for creation of communication, promotion deployment and coordination of all specific competency development/ recognition events regarding the Bid, Project, Planning Management academy. This includes animating the community network of certified Bid & Project Management members as well as onboarding and animating the specific training community. You will be responsible for: Propose communication strategy to promote new training launches, certification campaigns or learning week launches Design effective communication through various media with appealing design and key messages as per corporate communication policy: newsletter inputs, webinar slide design, sharepoint updates, scripts for video recordings, speaker notes etc. Prepare regular academy communication of new trainings/latest news for internal and external publishing on social media by liaising with all team members to capture latest key moments to promote Coordinate special learning workshops/events with academy members, mtiers owners, regions/product lines etc. by understanding their needs and identifying potential workshop formats/tools/ best practices to animate. Develop, coordinate and execute organization of large yearly global certification ceremony day for all 3 certification programs. Guest speakers are top level leaders/special guests delivering speeches but also organizing special workshops and activities. In parallel on the same day, coordinate regional ceremony with HR/talent partners. This includes setting up the governance and review schedule leading up to the event as well as animating the review session to ensure all is on track with various stakeholders and activities required.
