As part of the Gen AI Domain, you will play a pivotal role in developing tools and capabilities that leverage Generative AI technology to address key needs within the group. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to utilize your advanced technical expertise in engineering principles and practices within the Gen AI platform to drive business outcomes. Essential Skills: - Minimum 12 years of experience with a strong background in tech delivery and cross-cultural communication. - Proficiency in IT SDLC processes, written documentation, and key capabilities such as Prompt Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Knowledge Engineering. - Track record of building and leading engineering teams and exposure to cloud solutions, Gen AI frameworks, databases, and machine learning. Drive process mapping, automation, and digital enablement initiatives to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and enhance customer experience. Design and deploy performance dashboards, reports, and governance frameworks to monitor operational performance and ensure continuous improvement. Lead operational reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to address performance gaps and optimize processes. Champion customer-centric approaches by embedding the voice of the customer into process design and service delivery models. Act as a change agent to promote adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the BTC and related business units.
