Job Title : Workday QA Engineer Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune Experience : 3-4 Years Availability : Immediate Joiners Preferred Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Workday QA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of hands-on experience with Workday testing, particularly in functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) . You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of Workday implementations, including supporting UAT efforts and collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional testing of Workday modules, ensuring configuration aligns with business requirements. Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including coordination with business stakeholders, test execution, and defect resolution. Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data in line with project requirements. Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution using standard QA tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Workday Consultants, HRIS teams, and business users. Ensure all testing deliverables meet defined quality standards and timelines . Required Skills Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in Workday testing , with a strong understanding of functional testing concepts . Hands-on experience with testing methodologies , tools, and practices. Proven ability to drive UAT efforts confidently and independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with business and technical teams effectively. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Kainos Smart testing automation. Experience with Advanced Compensation module in Workday. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools .
