Workday Integrations- E1 consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on at least two Workday implementations and must be Workday certified with a willingness to transfer the certification to our organization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transformation, and REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide technical solutions. Support the end-to-end integration process, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Maintain documentation for integration solutions, including design, configuration, and deployment processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure integrations align with business needs and Workday best practices. Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, including enhancements and resolving issues. Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy policies when developing integrations. Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer. Workday Certification (must be willing to transfer certification). Experience with at least two full Workday implementations. Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and APIs. Proven experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST, and web services. Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes. Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems with a focus on integrations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Postman or other API testing tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in HCM, Financials, Payroll, or Student Workday modules. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
