Workday Functional and Integrations Lead

In this role you will be responsible for strategizing anddelivering end to end Workday solutions for our enterprise clients, supportingand advising business development as a Workday Lead, and lead a Workday Devopsteam of high performing individuals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WorkdayFunctional and Integrations Lead to oversee and manage both the functionalconfiguration and technical integrations of our Workday platform. This roleserves as a key liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuringWorkday supports organizational goals and processes effectively andefficiently. FunctionalResponsibilities: Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, etc.). Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday functionality and business processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Workday configurations. Oversee and coordinate testing efforts including unit testing, regression testing, and UAT. Monitor Workday updates/releases and assess impacts on current setup. IntegrationsResponsibilities: Design integrations between Workday and external systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits vendors, internal databases). Lead the development and support of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (WWS). Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in all Workday integrations. Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams for integration support and enhancements. Leadership& Collaboration: Manage a team of analysts and/or developers, if applicable. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operations. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Workday team members. Requirements WHO YOU ARE Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field 8-10 years of experience in IT implementation and delivery projects 5\u20138+years of experience with Workday, including both functional configuration and integrations. Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. \u200b Workdaycertifications a plus (HCM, Integration, Studio, etc.)
