Workday Finance Lead P2P/R2R Location: India | Certification: Workday Finance (P2P/R2R) preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead Workday Launch projects as the bridge between India and North America teams. Assign tasks based on team skills and project needs. Ensure accurate, timely deliverables with clear daily status updates. Guide teams in configuration, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing. Develop packaged solutions and optimize configurations per Workday standards. Preferred: Workday Launch certification and project experience. Mentor teams on task execution and problem-solving. Contribute to documentation, task reallocation, and cross-team collaboration.
