You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. Your role will require you to work independently and become a subject matter expert in Workday Advanced Reporting. You will contribute to team discussions and provide valuable insights to solve work-related problems. Your creativity and technical expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement application features. - Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to identify and resolve software defects. - Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing application code. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting. - Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts. - Experience in designing and developing complex reports using Workday Advanced Reporting. - Knowledge of Workday data sources, calculated fields, and custom objects. - Familiarity with Workday security and permissions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Integrations. - Experience with Workday Studio and EIBs. - Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and business processes.
