Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle domestic voice processes such as banking, insurance, and other industries' services.
Offer product solutions to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance metrics.
