Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle domestic voice processes such as banking, insurance, and other industries' services.
  • Offer product solutions to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support/voice process).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work from home with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
