Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Permanent Work From Home) 6 days working, 1 day rotational week off Rotational shift including night shift (Any 9 hour during 24x7 working day) Salary - 21k CTC, 16k in hand Only for experienced people (min 6 months experience required) Should be able to fluently speak and write in English and Kannada. About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls and handle escalation cases. Responsibilities: Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via call.- Providing product/service information to customers.- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals. Requirements: - Both Graduate and Undergraduate can apply.- - Should be able to fluently speak and write in English and Kannada. - Should have minimum 6 months experience in a domestic premium contact centre as a customer service executive with relevant documents such as offer letter, last 3 months payslips & experience letter.
