Job Description

Position Description

We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-enddevelopment, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires acombination of programming skills (PHP, HTML/ CSS, and JavaScript) and aesthetics(understanding element arrangements on the screen, the colour and font choices, and soon). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and contentmanagement systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design will bepreferred.

Roles & Responsibility

Develop websites, e-commerce stores, CRM systems and custom web solutions
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into
operations and activities

Required Skills

Joomla, Opencart, Magento etc. third party PHP software experience is a plus.
Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session
management, and best development practices
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming
and web application development
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
and budgets with business acumen

Mandatory Educational Qualifications

BE/ B.Tech (CE/IT/EC) OR BCA OR MCA OR M.Sc IT/CA OR M.E/M.Tech (CE, IT, EC)
