Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and concerns. - Troubleshoot system or application problems and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations. - Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends. - Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless communication technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to wireless networks. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
