Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Wirecut Machine Operator to join our team. - positions 4 Open

Machine operations: Tool Room Machines, Wirecut machine

Qualifications:

10th/12th pass with
good maths and basic english
OR ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field.

Proven experience as a Production Technician in a manufacturing environment will be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of setting up, operating and maintaining wire EDM machines to produce parts & components with complex shapes and precision.
Should have knowledge of set up and programming of EDM equipment to ensure proper functioning when making precision parts.
Hand of experience in operating wire EDM machines, programming knowledge using software. Knowledge of CAD.
Shall be responsible for executing the job as per drawing, GD &T knowledge, 2D programming.
Fixture design for complicated jobs for wire EDM machines.
Measuring instrument knowledge.
Knowledge of 5S, safety and autonomous maintenance.
Wire EDM programming skill.
Required for machining including EDM sparking and drill machine.
Ability to simple CAD drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Knowledge of good understanding of metals to be used from a range of metals and alloys based on properties such as hardness and heat treatment.
Min 1 to 3 years of experience in sheet metal press tool mfg. industry.
Min ITI machinist with EDM CNC programming course.
