Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
Manage candidate communication including interview invitations, feedback, and offer roll-outs.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of recruitment trackers and databases.
Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and initial shortlisting of candidates, as needed.
Facilitate pre- and post-interview logistics (venue/virtual setup, documentation, etc.).
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely closure of positions and update recruitment metrics and reports.
Support background verification and onboarding documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.)
0-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Note: Freshers with good communication and a passion for HR can also apply.
