This role serves as the primary point of contact for system issues, user support, and business requirement analysis. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PLM functionality and configuration, combined with excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Provide expert Level 2/3 technical support Manage support ticket queue, prioritizing issues based on business impact and urgency Create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolution steps Coordinate with development team for issues requiring code-level intervention Support users across different time zones, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues System Administration Administer user access control, including user creation, license assignment, role configuration, and group management Configure and administer classification systems, attributes, and type hierarchies Manage and maintain data integrity through Master Data Management (MDM) processes User Enablement Conduct user training sessions on system functionality and best practices Provide one-on-one coaching for power users and new employees Create and maintain user guides, quick reference materials, and video tutorials Gather user feedback to identify training needs and system improvement opportunities Assist in user acceptance testing for new features and configurations Business Analysis (Preferred) Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and configurations Translate user needs into functional specifications for development team Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria Validate implemented solutions against business requirements Perform gap analysis between system capabilities and business needs Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Create and maintain user documentation and standard operating procedures Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with enterprise application user support, access management, and license administration Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex system issues Excellent documentation skills for technical processes and user instructions Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with both technical and business teams Ability to work during US business hours covering Eastern time zones Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis, preferred

Role & responsibilities Should have Project Lead/Project Management experience for Windchill Migration/ Site Migration Project Requirement gathering, Design and Solutioning and discuss with customer and offshore team. Co-Ordination Experience between Customer and offshore team and well-versed with onsite-offshore delivery model. Should have executed at least 3-6 WBM projects Should have a good understanding of Windchill Architecture, database etc Should have good understanding of CAD/non-CAD document migration Should know ETL and Validation Process and Tools. Experience on creating Custom Scripts/Utilities for CAD Non-CAD data migration. Knowledge and use of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, Webservices & Integration of Windchill with other Systems/Applications. Good understanding of functionalities of Windchill version 10 and 11.
