Job Description

1. WhatsApp API Specialist Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Role:

Responsible for setting up, integrating, and managing WhatsApp Business API solutions to optimize customer communication, support, and marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • WhatsApp API Integration:

    • Set up and configure WhatsApp Business API with CRM, chatbots, and third-party platforms.
    • Work with developers and service providers to implement API solutions.
  • Message Template Management:

    • Create, submit, and manage WhatsApp message templates as per Meta guidelines.
    • Monitor template approvals and ensure compliance.
  • Automation & Workflows:

    • Design and maintain automated messaging flows (e.g., welcome, order confirmations, support).
    • Integrate workflows with business systems (CRM, ERP, ecommerce, etc.).
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor delivery, read rates, and engagement metrics.
    • Optimize message strategies based on performance data.
  • Compliance & Security:

    • Ensure all messaging practices align with Metas policies and local regulations (e.g., data privacy laws).
    • Implement secure data handling and storage practices.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

    • Resolve API-related issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
    • Maintain documentation for setups and updates.

2. Digital Marketer Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Role:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels (including WhatsApp, social media, email, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and messaging platforms.
    • Align campaigns with business goals (leads, sales, traffic, etc.).
  • WhatsApp Marketing Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the WhatsApp API Specialist to execute campaigns via WhatsApp.
    • Leverage customer segmentation to send targeted messages.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:

    • Develop content for ads, posts, landing pages, and message templates.
    • Use A/B testing to optimize messaging and visuals.
  • Analytics & Optimization:

    • Track KPIs such as ROI, CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing dashboards to refine strategies.
  • Audience Targeting:

    • Build and manage audience segments for retargeting and lookalike campaigns.
    • Utilize WhatsApp and social data to personalize campaigns.
  • SEO & SEM:

    • Improve website visibility through organic and paid search.
    • Optimize content based on keyword analysis and search trends.
