Website Specialist

Job Purpose :

The Website Specialist will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of Narayana Healths website. They will work closely with the marketing team to enhance user experience, improve site performance, security, UI/UX, implement SEO best practices and update content. They will also ensure the seamless integration of NH website with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibility Statement

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the organizations website (CMS updates, content uploads, bug fixes, etc.)

2. Collaborate with departments (e.g., clinical teams, marketing, compliance) to ensure accurate and timely web content

3. Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and user experience (UX)

4. Monitor site analytics, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements

5. Ensure website security, privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and regular backups

6. Work with third-party developers or internal IT for major updates and troubleshooting

7. Update and maintain online directories, patient portals, appointment systems, and other digital tools

8. Create landing pages and digital assets for campaigns and events

9. Website Integrations from other sources, like lead form, chat bot etc

10. Stay current with web trends, standards, and technologies in healthcare

Candidate requirement:

Bachelor's degree in web development, Communications, Marketing, IT, or related field

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in website operations or digital platforms.
• Experience with healthcare systems or patient portals
• Proficient in working with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development standards.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
