Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers. Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information. Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and present suitable product or service solutions. Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Provide product demonstrations and answer client queries confidently.
