Web Solutions Engineer

As a Software Developer at gTech Ads, you will have an opportunity to work in either Hyderabad, Telangana, India or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience in software development. Additionally, you should possess at least 4 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design. Your expertise should include working with backend languages such as Java, Python, or C++, as well as experience with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL. Proficiency in front-end languages like JavaScript or TypeScript is also required. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing databases, collaborating with team and business stakeholders on project requirements, and working with Site Reliability Engineering, Information Security, or DevOps practices. gTech Ads provides support and technical services for customers using our Ad products stack, catering to their needs and guiding them when necessary. You will work on enabling self-help and in-product support, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers" business and marketing needs. Your responsibilities will include driving feature changes based on data-driven insights, optimizing front-end code and tools to meet user needs, identifying and prioritizing new web features and applications, and understanding the user experience through research and collaboration with cross-team stakeholders.
