Job Description

Relationship Management

  • Manage the banking and investment relationships of HNI, NRI, and UHNI clients
  • Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by delivering service levels that exceed client expectations
  • Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and drive growth

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets across a broad product spectrum including investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, and cards
  • Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to mapped and potential HNI/NRI clients
  • Drive higher product and channel penetration to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share

Portfolio Quality & Engagement

  • Maintain and improve portfolio quality through regular engagement and relationship monitoring
  • Ensure relationships are aligned with desired value parameters and bank objectives

Investment Advisory

  • Conduct financial planning and offer investment advisory services to HNI/NRI clients
  • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable investment products
  • Drive fee-based income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance
