Warranty Executive

Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities Process and validate warranty claims from service centers and dealers. Ensure claims comply with company policies and guidelines. Develop and enforce warranty policies and procedures. Work closely with service teams, dealerships, and suppliers for warranty-related issues. Provide training to service teams on warranty procedures and claim submission. Assist customers with warranty-related concerns and escalations. Track and report warranty trends, failure rates, and claim patterns. Prepare periodic reports for senior management on warranty performance. Recommend process improvements based on data insights. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or a related field. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of vehicle components, warranty policies, and claim handling. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and warranty management systems. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the two-wheeler or EV segment. Knowledge of warranty analytics and cost reduction strategies. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and high-pressure situations. Behavioural Competencies desired: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
