Selected candidate shall lead 5-6 godown supervisors and monitor their work. Managing supervisors shifts. Managing the work distribution amongst the supervisors. Candidate shall remain updated with the activities happening in godown 24x7. Real-time reporting to the management regarding any problem and coming up with its solution for approval. New staff recruitment. Responsible for subordinate's work efficiency & time management. Maintenance of Godown machineries and other things. Full godown resposibility.
