The Opportunity We need a Media Buyer who thrives on performance. In this role, you’ll own the setup, optimization, and growth of Google Ads accounts—including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube—while coordinating closely with Account Managers via Slack , not client-facing calls. Your goal is to maximize ROAS and scale accounts by making smart, data-backed decisions. Key Responsibilities Launch & Scale Google Ads Campaigns – Build and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns for e-commerce brands. Slack-Based Communication – Provide clear performance updates, insights, and strategy adjustments to Account Managers and the internal team via Slack. Budget Allocation & Scaling – Make data-driven decisions on ad spend , scaling winning campaigns while controlling budget efficiency. Performance Max & Shopping Execution – Build structured campaigns, test asset groups, and leverage audience signals for optimization. Creative Collaboration – Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives that align with campaign goals. A/B Testing & CRO Insights – Test bidding strategies, ad copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to uncover opportunities for improved performance.
