VP of Digital Marketing

As the Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will be tasked with leading our global digital strategy to drive online growth and enhance brand presence across all digital platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, overseeing all digital channels, and leading a team of digital marketers, analysts, and content creators to deliver high-performing campaigns. You will be responsible for setting KPIs, reporting on digital performance, and optimizing website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation through various strategies such as A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX improvements. Additionally, you will drive marketing automation and CRM strategies to enhance customer experiences and lifecycle value. Collaboration with product, sales, creative, and data teams will be essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment. You will also manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and technology vendors while staying abreast of digital trends, tools, and platform innovations to maintain a competitive edge. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of digital marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. A proven track record in scaling digital campaigns, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and deep knowledge of marketing platforms and analytics tools are essential. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills are required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).,
