Job Title: Voice Process Executive Location: Mysore Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Voice Process Executives . In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Adhere to communication scripts and follow company policies and procedures. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant departments for timely resolution. Meet individual and team performance targets such as call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores. Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed. Ability to follow instructions and work within defined processes. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
