Position Overview

Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers over the phone to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Meet performance metrics and targets set by the management.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the voice process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of
1 to 3 years
of experience in a voice process or customer service role.
Strong typing speed and proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
Willingness to work in a
rotating schedule
and adapt to changing work hours.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
