Voice Process Executive

Job description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice and Chat Support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction through both voice and chat communication channels for international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
• Perform basic online research to assist customers with specific inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Must be fluent in English with an excellent vocabulary.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
• Good to HaveAbility to conduct online research effectively.
• Prior experience in an international voice process or BPO environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
