Good Communication Skills Knowledge and use of Network Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools Should be able to understand the network setup to troubleshoot the issues Able to log case with Provider and OEM and follow up till closure Updating and closing the Servicedesk ticket which is getting assigned Should be able to perform basic troubleshooting on Router, Switches, and Firewall Acknowledge the emails which are sent to network ID Raising the CR or ECR Changing the VLAN as per the Ticket/email Responding to SolarWinds on the alert
