Roles & Responsibilities of Spare Parts Executive Maintain optimal stock levels of fast-moving, slow-moving, and critical parts. Ensure proper binning & labeling of parts for easy identification. Conduct regular physical stock audits & reconciliation with the system stock. Minimize obsolete or dead stock by monitoring consumption patterns. Place timely orders with OEM or approved vendors based on consumption and forecasts. Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely receipt. Handle emergency orders for urgent vehicle requirements. Issue parts to workshop (RO) or counter sales as per company process. Ensure accurate billing and documentation (RO, invoice, gate pass).
