Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content and translate it into compelling
  • visual designs.
  • • Create and refine proposal documents, flyers, posters, banners, and digital assets for various
  • communication needs.
  • • Design and format PowerPoint presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual impact.
  • • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all deliverables.
  • • Proactively suggest creative enhancements to improve visual storytelling and user engagement.
  • • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or any field.
  • • Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere
  • Pro/After Effects) and PowerPoint.
  • • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in presentation design (PowerPoint is a must).
  • • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
