Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Filing Officer to join our dynamic team at Future First Immigration Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visa application processes, maintaining compliance with immigration regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients seeking visa assistance for Canada, the UK, Australia, the USA, and other countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• File Preparation and Submission:
• Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, compile, and file visa applications in accordance with the requirements of respective embassies or consulates.
• Ensure timely submission of visa files and keep clients informed about application status.
• Client Communication:
• Provide clear and concise information about visa application procedures, timelines, and requirements.
• Respond to client queries and offer guidance to address any concerns during the application process.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in law, business, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of visa filing processes for Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and visa management software

Other Qualifications:

• Familiarity with immigration laws and policies.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
