Job Role: Visa Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients about Study Visa, Work Visa, Tourist Visa, PR, etc.
• Understand the client’s profile and suggest suitable visa options
• Explain visa process, documentation, and timelines clearly
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update records
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth file processing
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
