Responsibilities: Providing counsel and information regarding visa application process to the applicants. Understanding the requirements of the different visa categories. Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork. Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters. Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Remaining up-to-date with the latest immigration policies. Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system. Managing the update of visa records in the system. Making sure clients comply with the terms and conditions of the visas. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Prior experience in visa services. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of immigration policies and regulations. Good problem-solving capabilities. Working days: Monday to Saturday Exp: 1 year to 3 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
