Roles and Responsibilities

Manage virtual relationships with clients through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels.
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales leads by upselling and cross-selling life insurance products.
Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle customer queries and concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales, telesales, telecalling, bancassurance sales, banca sales, or insurance sales.
Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
