JD as follows Provide dedicated technical support to VIP clients, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests promptly and efficiently. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and proactive issue resolution. Perform regular maintenance and updates on VIP client systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues. Document all support activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions in the service management system. Provide training and guidance to VIP clients on the use of IT systems and applications. Stay current with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to VIP clients. Ensure the confidentiality and security of VIP client information and data.
