About the Job Role:

As a videographer and editor you will be part of a dynamic creative strategy team, dedicated to crafting compelling and innovative content across various digital platforms. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in different production formats.

Location:

GrowthSchool HQ in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, performance ads, events, and podcasts.
Collaborate with the creative strategy team to develop video concepts and ideas.
Ensure all videos align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
Manage and maintain video equipment and studio.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and editing.

Skills & Competencies:

1-2 Years of minimum proven experience as a videographer with strong editing skills.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
Experience with shooting various types of content including social media, performance ads, events, and podcasts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing your previous work.
