The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting local factories and artisan hubs, documenting behind-the-scenes craft processes, and editing engaging video content for social media and brand storytelling. This role combines fieldwork, creativity, and hands-on editing to bring India’s craft stories to life.⸻Key Responsibilities• Visit factories, local suppliers, and artisans in and around Jaipur• Shoot high-quality videos of production, people, processes, and products• Capture interviews, B-roll, and craft demonstrations with sensitivity and clarity• Edit short-form videos tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms• Perform video color grading, sound edits, and motion graphics where needed• Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency• Maintain video content archiving and organization⸻Qualifications & Skills• Strong skills in Video Production & Editing• Experience with color correction, grading, and motion graphics• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent• Ability to work independently in the field and manage timelines• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense• Comfortable traveling locally to shoot on-site content regularly• Fluent in Hindi and English (for local interaction and editing needs)• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or related field⸻Preferred Qualities• Passion for arts, crafts, and Indian traditions• Respectful demeanor while engaging with local artisans and factory teams• Eye for storytelling through visuals and a heart for culture⸻To Apply:Only apply if you are willing to travel within Jaipur, Rajasthan for shoots, have a appreciation for arts and craft and are looking to have a career in production.
