As the Video & Audio Producer/Editor at Key, you will be responsible for creating high-quality audio and video content that showcases authentic professional connections and community stories. Your role will involve leading podcast production efforts to amplify the voices within the community. In terms of podcast production, you will lead end-to-end production from planning to publishing in collaboration with the community leader, content writer, and host(s). You will record and edit high-quality audio content featuring community members, industry experts, and thought leaders. Additionally, you will mix and master audio to ensure professional broadcast quality, create engaging show notes and episode descriptions, manage the podcast publishing schedule and distribution, and collaborate with the content team and community leader on developing episode concepts and story arcs. For video production, you will create video content that complements podcast episodes, produce short-form video content for social media and marketing, design and implement video production workflows, direct remote video recording sessions with guests, and edit video content to align with Key's brand standards. In terms of technical requirements, you will need to record and edit multi-track audio sessions, manage remote recording setups, ensure consistent audio quality across different recording environments, create motion graphics and visual elements for video content, and maintain organized media archives and project files. The required qualifications for this role include having 3+ years of experience in audio production and editing, a strong portfolio of podcast or broadcast work, expertise with professional audio and video editing software (such as Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, Riverside, or similar), experience with remote recording solutions, an understanding of audio storytelling principles, technical knowledge of audio equipment and recording techniques, and experience managing production timelines. Preferred qualifications include a background in narrative or documentary podcast production, experience producing business or professional development content, knowledge of podcast distribution platforms, an understanding of the professional networking landscape, and experience training hosts and guests on audio/video best practices. The required skills for this role include strong storytelling instincts through audio and visual mediums, the ability to maintain narrative flow through audio and video editing, excellent project management and organization, strong communication skills with remote teams and guests, problem-solving skills for technical challenges, attention to detail and quality control, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across media formats.,
