At Nat Habit, we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of "fresh" personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use. The founding team has a strong startup experience and is well funded and backed by top angel investors and tier 1 institutional investors. VP, Operations Lead the operations of the company to manage and scale efficiently its manufacturing, supply chain and support functions. Responsibilities Lead the 2 manufacturing facilities as well as build newer plants to cater for growth Build a culture of high process adherence, working efficiently, reducing waste and innovation Drive hiring of permanent/temporary workforce, training's and manage attrition Manage supply chain, drive improvements to reduce customer delivery timelines, reduce costs and procurement risks Identify and create more leaders within the company to lead various functions Improve quality standards, hygiene, safety metrics within different functions Qualifications & Skills Bachelors of Engineering from a good institute 12+ yrs of experience Strong manufacturing experience with process excellence Teamwork Oriented Thorough and Organized Work Location: Sector 18, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon www.nathabit.in Show more Show less
