VICE PRESIDENT (Constructions)

Job Description :

- Leading planning and execution functions.

- Exploring various construction technologies, green building concepts, alternate building materials, and implementing viable solutions.

- Preparation and review of the project execution plan, resource plan, BOQ, BOR, rate analysis, cost analysis, and budgets.

- Tracking of project progress and resolving deviations.

- Review of project designs, drawings, and technical reports.

- Sourcing & Procurement - negotiation, contract award, and review.

Key Skills Needed :

Should have knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project
