You should also possess customer service orientation, be a proactive thinker, problem solver, detail-oriented, and have good analytical and logical thinking. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work well with others, are also key attributes for success in this role. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing, along with professional level certifications in different Data Centre technologies such as Cisco, NetApp, or EMC (e.g., CCNP (DC), ONTAPP). Expertise in at least two Data Center technologies is required, along with five to seven years of seasoned experience in call center routing technologies, voice over IP technologies, security/firewalls, networking, and IT infrastructure.
