A proven track record in creating high-quality e-learning modules and assessments is essential. You must possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies. Proficiency in handling basic HTML for content customization is required. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills will be key to effectively convey complex ideas to a diverse audience.
